ProtoLife has created a unique IT solution for problems in the life sciences that are caused by the complexity of many components interacting with each other in nonlinear, synergistic ways. Our technology uses predictive models based on machine learning to provide real-time guidance of iterated high throughput experiments toward good results, when traditional methods are typically too costly or time consuming or both. We are currently developing applications in the areas of materials discovery, drug combination discovery, and complex biotech kit optimization.
