   1. Where did you encounter it?
   2. What was your interaction?
   3. Why do you consider it unpredictable?
   4. What effect did its unpredictability have on you?
   5. What aspects would you expect to be able to predict?
   6. How would you model it?
3. Write a paragraph on each example that summarizes your answers to the above questions.
